The World Handicap System
Wednesday 2nd September 2020
There will be a change to the way handicaps are calculated from November when the World Handicap System in introduced. This system will allow your playing handicap to be adjusted depending on the difficulty of the course you are playing, anywhere in the world. There will be some new terminology but all the clever stuff will go on behind the scenes. You can make your handicap as up to date as possible by inputting cards in competitions or by Supplementary cards. Further details are in the note below.

Mid Summer Madness for Midland Air Ambulance

Dear Fellow Golfer,
On 21st June I will be cycling 105 miles in a Day with 750 cyclists in the annual challenge, starting at West Park Wolverhampton and finishing on Aberdovey Sea Front. Fingers crossed the weather is fine with no head wind!
I am raising money for a great cause Midland Air Ambulance, as you are aware we see them fly over the golf course every day and on several occasions over the years we have needed their service to help unwell golfers on the golf course.
I’m doing my bit to keep them in the air, for what it costs to keep them running it is only a bit so it would be great to add to the amount. Whatever you can spare will help.
